It does! I often have to stop myself from murdering new cultists for botching the rituals, because I need to remind myself that they are my cults future.
As for infants, that never really happens. I know it can sound like just a mesh of sounds, but each syllable is distinct and adults are the only ones who can come close to pronouncing it correctly.
